The Migration Board agrees: Thousands of asylum decisions are based on poor evidence
Every fifth asylum inquiry at the Swedish Migration Board is inadequate. Every sixth decision is so badly written that it is incomprehensible.
Thousands of life-determining decisions are thus taken on bad grounds.
“We see serious quality deficiencies,” says Ulrika Geijer, chief executive officer at the Migration Court in Malmö.
